Oregon Valley Greenhouses

S C 4 months ago

I wanted a greenhouse and I had no idea how to set it up with vents and cross ventilation and thermostats, they’re all just words to me. I called Kip one day told him my dilemma and he set me up with everything I needed to make my greenhouse operate properly. The price was good and the service was phenomenal. If you need any kind of help they will help you over the phone with whatever dilemma you have and if there’s anything they can do to make your greenhouse experience easier they will.

We bought a green house from them with heater. The green house is great but when talking to Armando the sales person we specified that we needed an electric heater witch he just Nodded and never explained that they don’t sale any electric heaters. Once we opened the box and saw that it was a propane heater we called Armando and he stated he told us that it was a gas heater when he never did. We asked for a refund but was told by the owner and by Armando that if the box had been opened we couldn’t return it. We could not have know the heater was propane if we were confident that the sales person had understood what was needed.

The service here is incredible! Jose was as good as it gets. He gave us so many tips and tricks to installing the greenhouse smoothly. He also loaded our trailer with so much care and attention to detail. We have been using Oregon Valley Greenhouses for 4 and a half years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
